Kullanım Şartları

1. Kabul
Film Takvimi’ni kullanarak bu şartları ve Topluluk Kuralları’nı kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Kimler kullanabilir?
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısın. Hesabını ve şifreni korumak senin sorumluluğundadır; hesap başına bir kişi.
3. Paylaştığın içerik
Profilin, takvimin, yorumların ve mesajların senin içeriğindir; sorumluluğu sana aittir. Bu içeriği uygulamada göstermemiz için bize gereken sınırlı izni verirsin. Hesabını sildiğinde içeriğin silinir.
4. Sıfır tolerans
Taciz, zorbalık, nefret söylemi, cinsel veya şiddet içeren içerik, spam, dolandırıcılık ve başkasının kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmak yasaktır. Bu tür içeriğe ve kullanıcılara tolerans gösterilmez.
5. Moderasyon
Her kullanıcı içerikleri ve kişileri şikâyet edebilir ve engelleyebilir. Şikâyetler 24 saat içinde incelenir. Kurallara aykırı içerikleri kaldırabilir, hesapları uyarabilir, askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
6. Ücretsiz hizmet
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve ticari değildir. Olduğu gibi sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Film bilgileri TMDB’den gelir ve her zaman doğru olmayabilir.
7. Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kasıt ve ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.
8. Hesabın sona ermesi
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin. Şartları ağır ihlal eden hesapları kapatabiliriz.
9. Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Şartları değiştirirsek uygulamada duyururuz. Türk hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

1. Acceptance
By using Film Calendar you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe; one person per account.
3. Your content
Your profile, calendar, comments and messages are your content and your responsibility. You give us the limited permission needed to show it in the app. When you delete your account, your content is deleted.
4. Zero tolerance
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual or violent content, spam, scams and sharing other people’s personal information are not allowed. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
5. Moderation
Everyone can report and block content and people. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove content that breaks the rules and warn, suspend or close accounts.
6. Free service
The app is free and non-commercial. It is provided as is; we cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption or errors. Film data comes from TMDB and may not always be accurate.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited by law, remains unaffected.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we will announce it in the app. Turkish law applies; mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected.

Mit der Nutzung von Filmkalender akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen und die Community-Richtlinien.
2. Wer die App nutzen darf
Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Du bist für dein Konto und Passwort verantwortlich; ein Konto pro Person.
3. Deine Inhalte
Profil, Kalender, Kommentare und Nachrichten sind deine Inhalte und deine Verantwortung. Du erlaubst uns, sie in der App anzuzeigen. Löschst du dein Konto, werden deine Inhalte gelöscht.
4. Null Toleranz
Belästigung, Mobbing, Hassrede, sexuelle oder gewalttätige Inhalte, Spam, Betrug und das Teilen persönlicher Daten anderer sind verboten. Anstößige Inhalte und missbräuchliche Nutzer werden nicht toleriert.
5. Moderation
Alle können Inhalte und Personen melden und blockieren. Meldungen werden innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft. Wir können regelwidrige Inhalte entfernen und Konten verwarnen, sperren oder schließen.
6. Kostenloser Dienst
Die App ist kostenlos und nicht-kommerziell. Sie wird ohne Gewähr bereitgestellt; wir garantieren keinen unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreien Betrieb. Filmdaten stammen von TMDB und sind nicht immer korrekt.
7. Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden aus der Nutzung der App. Die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie gesetzlich nicht beschränkbare Haftung bleiben unberührt.
8. Kontoende
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen. Konten, die schwer gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen, können wir schließen.
9. Änderungen und Recht
Änderungen kündigen wir in der App an. Es gilt türkisches Recht; zwingender Verbraucherschutz deines Wohnsitzlandes bleibt unberührt.
